I just placed my order. Why haven't you shipped it yet?

Current processing time is 3-5 business days before your item will ship.

It's Sunday afternoon. Why aren't you working on my order?

My business hours are 9AM-6PM Eastern Standard Time. My business days are Monday - Friday. I do not work on orders on the weekends. That time is for my family, as I'm sure you would rather spend your weekends with your family as well.

I don't like what I ordered. Can you give me my money back?

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds because of a sudden change in taste. My items are all made to order at this time, so I can only offer an exchange for any issues that are caused by me.
